I was very impressed today, at the Pajaro Valley Arts Council Gallery, with the exhibit of prints commemorating the 43 missing men from Guerrero, Mexico. I have been listening to this story in the news over the past few years. Each time the story is told, the men are mentioned as a group. There is never any discussion of the men as individuals. Several artists have made gorgeous prints, using a variety of styles, representing each one of the 43 men. It's heartbreaking to think of their families and friends, and of the senseless loss. It's a fitting tribute...
