I'm testing the backing system on my wall pieces. I had one wall piece with the new system successfully make it out of two firings (Cone 3 & Cone 04). So, I've built two more. Both are made with Navajo Wheel Clay, and some Cone 5 B-mix flowers added for color. I really hope that these turn out well, unlike the piece in the bottom picture, which cracked. Fingers crossed!
