Have I finally found a way to make wall hangings that don't crack?! Maybe. Using thick, wide slabs on the back might be the solution. This piece has one more firing to go. Let's hope that the slabs help. Also, the Navajo Wheel Clay might also be a part of the solution. It seems to hold up better, and to fire with a less brittle quality. Fingers crossed on how this one turns out!
